Missouri Tri-County Investing Club -- Speaking Event

All of the women out there that flip houses (or want to flip houses) and want to know what other women do in investment real estate, like buying houses, handling contractors, and selling houses, you are in luck!  February 6th at Tri-County REIA, Mary Ann and Jeremy Vlasich with Mary Ann Buys Houses will be speaking about “Rehabbing for profit, not ego”.

I know.  You may be thinking that you have been to other rehab workshops or seen other people speak about rehabbing in the past.  Or, you are sick of getting SOLD on expensive coaching or a bootcamp.  However, this is different for a couple of reasons…

First, Mary Ann will be presenting the female perspective on rehabbing.  She will be discussing how she manages rehabs, buys houses, contractors, and sells houses.  She successfully works really well with contractors on rehabs, too.

Also, Mary Ann and Jeremy have personally rehabbed hundreds of houses.  For the past two years, the average net profit on each rehab is just under $40,000.  And, Jeremy will explain how he bought a house in 2019, spent $110,000 on the rehab, and sold the house in exactly 90 days from start to finish (Yes. Bought the house, rehabbed with permits and occupancy inspection, and sold the house to an end buyer from the MLS within 90 days).  Not to mention this was just under a 6 figure pay day…

Finally, Jeremy will be discussing easy ways to make a quick decision to move forward with an offer.  Jeremy typically buys houses on the first appointment where other competitors take days or weeks to get their offer to the seller.  You will get direct access to formulas and short cuts so that you too can make a decision to buy a house in 5 minutes or less…

Is this program for newer investors or agents?

Apex Coaching and Consulting has options for new and experienced investors and agents.  The best option is to fill out the form on Your Next Step to setup a time to speak with someone at Apex Coaching and Consulting so that we can understand your goals and situation.  We want to make sure that we are the best fit for you!

Do I need a real estate license for this program?

No.  There are pros and cons to having a license in real estate investing.  However, you will need a license if you are practicing real estate as an agent.

How do I know if this coaching program is right for me?

We absolutely want to make sure that your goals and expectations are met or exceeded with our program.  If there is a better program out there for your needs, then we will make sure to refer you to that program.  There is no risk joining our program.  We want this to be a win-win for both of us!

Is this program just about business?

Actually, we focus on business and life.  We believe that these work hand in hand.  Focusing too much on one or the other can cause an imbalance in your life.  We want you to be well rounded and have the best business and life for YOU!  You will benefit in business and life with our program.

Can I talk with someone first?

What is the cost of the program and informational content?

Can Apex Coaching and Consulting help people outside of the St. Louis, MO area?

Yes.  We are able to coach people that live outside St. Louis, MO.  However, we will get together in the St. Louis area during events, trainings, and masterminds.  So, you would have to travel to the St. Louis area for these special events.

Is my contact information safe once I sign up for coaching?

Yes!  We keep your information safe, and we do not sell your information.  Also, we do not sell other people’s courses and trainings.  You are safe with us!

There are tons of coaching programs out there. Why is yours different?

First, we understand that you have options.  So, thank you in advance for checking into and considering our program.  We are different.  Our coaches are actively doing deals, today.  This means that we are in the current market and can relate to you!  Also, unlike a lot of programs, you do not have to travel out of town and pay thousands of dollars in traveling expenses every year.  Plus, we are in your market and understand your area.  How can a national coach relate to what is going on in your market when they live hundreds or thousands of miles away?  Every market is local and requires local expertise.

Who is my coach and how do I know they are qualified?

Jeremy Vlasich will be your coach.  He has a lot of personal experience in flipping houses, rehabbing, rentals, and working with buyers and sellers.  Jeremy is considered one of the best negotiators in the game, today!  He also has experience with top level coaching programs around the nation.  He actively goes to trainings, seminars, coaching events, and other personal development courses.  Is he perfect?  No.  However, he will do everything he can to help you break through your ceiling to reach your Apex!

If you are doing deals in my market, are we in competition?

No.  We are not in competition.  In fact, most of the time our goals and what we actively do in real estate is different from each other.  Many times we actually refer deals to our students because we know the client would be best serviced by them.  We believe in a growth mind set!

Can anyone join your program?

Apex Coaching and Consulting is not a one size fits all.  We focus on real estate investing;  negotiating, rehabbing, rentals, flipping houses, wholesaling, and agents that work with investors.  If you are not involved in one of these areas, we are likely not the best fit for you.  However, we can help connect you to a highly qualified person that can help you in your situation.
